This tool processes everything locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

πŸ“ About Split PDF

Split PDF lets you pull specific pages out of a document or break it into single-page files. It’s useful when you only need to send one chapter of a report, separate a scanned stack of documents, or share a single signed page instead of the whole contract.

After you load a PDF, the tool shows its page count. Type the pages you want in the range box using commas and hyphens, for example 1-3,5,8-10, then choose Extract range to get one new PDF containing just those pages. Leaving the box empty extracts every page. Note that extracted pages always keep their original order and duplicates are ignored, so β€œ5,1” produces pages 1 and 5. The second option, Split every page, saves each page as its own file, named like report-p1.pdf, report-p2.pdf.

When splitting a long document page by page, your browser may ask permission to download multiple files at once, so allow it. Pages are copied without re-rendering, keeping text and images intact. Your file is processed entirely in the browser and never uploaded.

❓ FAQ

How do I enter page ranges?

Separate items with commas and use a hyphen for ranges, like 1-3,5,7-9. Page numbers outside the document are ignored.

Can I reorder pages while extracting?

No. Extracted pages are always saved in their original order, and repeated numbers are included only once.

Why did only some files download when splitting every page?

Browsers often block multiple automatic downloads. Allow multiple downloads for this site when prompted and try again.
