📝 About Checklist Maker
Checklist Maker is a simple, distraction-free list you can build in seconds. Type an item and press Enter or Add, then tick items off as you go. Completed items are crossed out, and a counter shows how many are done out of the total so you can see your progress at a glance.
Use it for travel packing lists, camping gear, moving-day tasks, school supplies, event preparation, or a quick to-do list for the day. When you’re finished, the Copy button turns the whole list into plain text with [x] and [ ] marks, ready to paste into a chat, email or note app.
Your checklist is saved automatically in your browser’s local storage, so it’s still there when you come back later on the same device and browser — no sign-up required. Because it’s stored only locally, it won’t sync across devices, and clearing your browser data or using a private window will remove it. Use “Clear all” to start a fresh list.

Will my checklist still be here tomorrow?
Yes, as long as you use the same browser on the same device. The list is saved in local storage automatically every time it changes.
Can I open my list on my phone and computer?
No. The list is stored only in the browser where you created it and isn’t synced. Use Copy to move it to another device as text.
Can I keep several separate checklists?
The tool keeps one list at a time. To save a finished list, copy it as text before clearing and starting a new one.
Is my list sent to a server?
No. Everything stays in your browser; nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
