Random Picker
Pick a random winner from a list.

This tool processes everything locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
📝 About Random Picker
Random Picker chooses one item from any list you type in. Enter one option per line — names, menu choices, prize winners, chores — and press the button to get a single result. Blank lines and extra spaces are ignored, so you can paste a list straight from a spreadsheet or chat without cleaning it up first.
It’s handy whenever a decision needs to feel fair: picking who presents first in class, choosing tonight’s dinner, drawing a giveaway winner on a livestream, or deciding who buys coffee. Because nobody controls the outcome, the result is easier for everyone to accept.
The tool uses your browser’s cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) when available, which is far less predictable than a basic random function. Everything runs locally on your device; the list you enter is never uploaded. For a more visual draw, try the Roulette Wheel, and if you need several winners at once, the Team Divider or Number Drawer may suit you better.

❓ FAQ
Is the draw truly random?
It uses the browser’s cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues) when available, so every item has an equal chance and the result can’t be predicted in advance.
Can I pick more than one winner?
Each click picks exactly one item. To draw several people at once, use the Team Divider or Number Drawer instead.
What happens if the same name appears twice?
Duplicate lines are treated as separate entries, so that name gets twice the chance. You can use this on purpose to give an option more weight.
Is my list saved or uploaded?
No. The list stays in your browser tab only and is not sent to any server or stored after you close the page.
